Submit an original Short Film and/or a poster on the theme/topic of your choice as listed below

You can submit multiple entries under either category of video or poster.

Short Film Guidelines:

A short film must be around 1 min long, nice and compelling storytelling about the theme you picked.

A film can be animated, based on real life events or articulated through your imagination.

Quality of the film should be good.

But tell me, what does the grand endeavor of space exploration mean to you? Does it stir your soul, ignite your imagination, or fill you with a sense of limitless possibility?

Let the rhythm of the cosmos inspire you! Raise your voice and sing, let the melodies of the universe fill your heart. Take to the floor and dance, let your body move in harmony with the stars. Pick up your instruments and play, let the music of the galaxies flow through your fingertips.

Tell us a story about a time when you dreamed of reaching the stars or when something about space got you excited through short film, poetry or any form of art.
Prizes and submission
Winners will receive:

Top 3 student artworks: Certificate and fast-track entry to Space Camp and Space Robotics.

Top 3 grad students/citizen scientists: Certificate and space-themed goodies.
**Space Postcard Requirement
A space postcard will be a signed copy except only a top winner will get an original copy.

Eligibility: This competition is open to students from 5th grade through undergraduate level, as well as citizen scientists, from all countries.

Copyright: All copyrights to the artwork remain with the artist. The Next Space Generation will not claim any copyright. We will showcase the best artwork on our website, crediting the artist by name.

Announcement of Results: Results will be announced by December 31st, 2024.
